D. Talmage Hocker - President

Talmage Hocker has been involved in retail and real estate development since beginning his career in 1984. Talmage and his father worked together for over 20 years building David Hocker & Associates, Inc. into a premier fully- integrated regional shopping center development and management company. Prior to forming The Hocker Group, Talmage served as President and COO of David Hocker & Associates since 1990 and concentrated his focus on identifying new developments, acquisitions, leasing, and day-to-day management of David Hocker & Associates.

Talmage has developed and acquired over 40 shopping centers containing 14 million square feet in 13 states including Oxmoor Center in Louisville, Kentucky; Northgate Mall in Cincinnati, Ohio; and The Mall at Turtle Creek in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Other projects Talmage has developed include developing the 23-story LG&E office tower in downtown Louisville, and an assisted living facility in Owensboro, Kentucky.

Talmage currently serves on the advisory Board of Directors for US Bank, has served as the International Council of Shopping Centers State Director, and many other boards in his community including the YMCA and Red Cross. Talmage attended the University of Kentucky and is a graduate of Kentucky Wesleyan College with a BA in Business Administration.

Talmage is a devoted family man and he and his wife, Rosemary, have two children Brittney and D. Talmage, Jr.

Brad Anderson - Principal Broker

As Principal Broker for The Hocker Group, LLC, Brad Anderson brings years of experience in development, acquisition, asset management and leasing to The Hocker Group.

Brad began his career in the insurance and financial industry. He holds licenses in life/health insurance, real estate, as well as the Series 7 Securities license. Brad is active in securing the asset management of our properties, and the operations of our management contracts.

Brad is from Owensboro and he and his wife, Jenny, have a wonderful family which includes three young children.

Sandra A. Hamilton - Leasing

Sandy Hamilton has been in the shopping center business for over 25 years, and started S. Hamilton Group, LLC in 2001. Her expertise is providing developers with pre-development and leasing services, as well as management of tenant coordination and legal support of projects. She also assists retail clients with their real estate expansion

Her development experience includes various retail project types from super-regional malls to open air specialty centers; lifestyle centers and entertainment-oriented projects. Her recent client base has included Madison Marquette, Harrah's Entertainment, BlackRock Realty, Concord Eastridge, and Trader Joes.

Sandy enjoys working on both the developer and retail side of the business. She is a native of Louisville, Kentucky and holds a BS degree in Business Education from the University of Kentucky. She is a licensed real estate sales person in both Kentucky and Florida.

Jennifer L. Sinner

A native of Michigan, Jennifer, has after 12 years of residence in the Bluegrass State decided to call Kentucky home.  Shortly after moving here, Jennifer landed a position managing a 45 acre farm, where she was not only responsible for the grounds, but also held the Accounting function, which included Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Jennifer’s next career move was a start-up doctors practice, where she was the sole employee and responsible for all day-to-day operational activities including implementation of office procedures, creating the advertising campaign and website and performing all accounting functions.

Prior to joining the McMahan Group in 2008, Jennifer spent 7 years as the Office Manager of a tree and mulch business, where she gained extensive experience in all faucets of running a small business from vendor and creditor relations to human resources. Due to her solid “can-do” attitude, Jennifer was recruited to join Colleen Liebert in her business venture, CTS & Associates. Here she gained knowledge of write-up (bookkeeping) clients and property management.

 Jennifer was then introduced to The Hocker Group where she hopes to grow along with business in the Shopping Center Industry.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys the great outdoors, reading a book and cooking with her family and friends.
